Cash Loan Requirements for Individuals and Businesses
Cash loan requirements differ for individuals and for PT or CV companies. See the documents a finance company asks for, from KTP and NPWP to statements.
Ever struggled to find a cash loan? Say your child suddenly falls ill and the bill is not covered by health insurance or BPJS Kesehatan, Indonesia's national health insurance? Almost everyone avoids borrowing, especially in cash. But in an emergency, a cash loan can be a ‘lifesaver’ that gets you out of a tough spot. Finding a loan is not actually that hard. You can turn to an individual lender, a bank, or, the most popular option today, a financing company such as CSULFinance. CSULFinance offers cash financing to individuals and businesses as working or business capital. Applicants usually have to meet several requirements when applying for a cash loan at a finance company or financing institution. The requirements fall into two categories: loans for individuals (personal) and for businesses (PT / CV, meaning limited liability companies and limited partnerships).
Cash Loan Requirements for Individuals (Personal)
As with credit applications at a bank, the requirements for borrowing from a finance company are as follows:
- Photocopy of your KTP (national ID card) and your spouse's KTP (if married)
- Photocopy of your Kartu Keluarga (KK, the family card)
- Photocopy of your marriage certificate
- Photocopy of your Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP, the taxpayer identification number)
- Photocopy of account statements (personal savings account book and business account for the last 6 months, IF AVAILABLE)
Cash Loan Requirements for a PT or CV
The requirements are almost the same as for a personal loan. To apply for a PT or CV cash loan at a financial institution or leasing company, you need the following:
- Photocopy of the business owner's KTP
- Photocopy of the Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP, the taxpayer identification number)
- Photocopy of account statements (personal savings account book and business account for the last 6 months)
- Inventory list of the assets owned
- List of monthly obligations to other financial institutions (leasing / bank)
- Photocopy of the SK (decree) and SIUP (trade business license)
- Financial statements
For cash loan applications by a PT or CV in particular, the leasing company will usually validate whether the company actually holds its business permits. This is considered when deciding whether the funds can be disbursed. If any one of the documents or requirements above is missing, the loan application cannot be processed.
